Alfred is a master craftsmen, visionary and problem solver who hails from a long line of craftsmen and tradesmen. He received most of his hands on training while working side by side with his uncles in the family construction business and received technical certification from Lakeland College.
Alfred gained valuable customer service experience while employed as an Orkin Service Manager for seven years and Mark’s Pest Control Service Supervisor for eight. He was a preferred kitchen and bath contractor for Home Depot and preferred tile installation contractor for Century Tile. Alfred also has extensive knowledge of concrete application from his tenure with the city of Chicago's Department of Transportation.
Alfred believes in order to provided total job satisfaction, the client must understand the scope of work and their options. Alfred takes the time to consult and explain processes, timelines, costs and recommendations to every client with integrity. His precise attention to detail and creative ingenuity creates solutions and results on which our clients have come to rely.
Alfred pays it forward by training unskilled laborers at no charge, equipping them with work skills they can take anywhere. Some trainees have gone on to run their own businesses. He also partners with organizations that on are on the front lines for preventing homelessness in Chicago.
